Reporter during the trial, the defense argued Joyner Francis what you a willing participant in this fight and that her death was unforeseeable. An autopsy showed the teen had an extremely rare undiagnosed heart condition but the judge ruled the teen deserved the right to live another day. As for the teen found responsible. From the very moment that this occurred theres been a great deal of confusion as to how this could have testify possible happened. I told her shes going to be fine. She has a family who loves her. She is a good child. This was the first fight that shes ever got 19. Reporter a second teen charged with conspiracy was also found guilty. The judge described how she helped plan and carry out the attack. Third teen charged with conspiracy was cleared. All three were tried as juveniles. Its possible neither will face jail time since the juvenile system has no mandated sentences for those charges. So as High Pressure leaves well see this next storm move in and the actual core of circulation with the storm is going to remain well off to our north but were going to see the warm front move through first from south to north. Thats going to help really warm things up into sunday and then the cold front crosses through later on that night. So otypically with frontal passages up tend to think okay there might be somebody wet weather around and i think well see some wet weather mainly saturday night and again late on sunday generally into the overnight so thats good news.
