Reporter fourteen years since that terrible day family and friend of those victims who died, actually gathered here at garden of reflection in bucks county to pay their respects, of course, and continue the never ending healing process. With that, piercing toll, of the moment the first plane struck, dozens gathered at garden of reflection in bucks county, remembering our nations tragedy four years ago. This is a day, when we remember, americas, scars. And the scars are still very deep, and still so very real for families of the 9 11 victims from pennsylvania. It was a beautiful, beautiful Tuesday Morning though, the sun was out, the sky was blue. Reporter mothers like jidith reese whose son joshua died in the north tower that morning. I know, for me, the phone rang at about ten minutes to 9 00. Reporter but jidith never found josh, and realized that day that her life would be forever change. In the 14 years, we all stand back and we say, did we do something wrong. No, we didnt. Each one of these people, were in the place they were supposed to be doing their jobs, that morning. Each one of these people, would not want us to spend the rest of our life crying. And to take here at garden of reflection on a Prayer Service will be held, 7 15 tonight. Governor tom wolf addressed visitors on the ground of the new flight 93 National Memorial in western pennsylvania. The 26 milliondollar, Visitors Center pays tribute to the 33 passengers and seven crew members on board that flight. The United Airlines plane crashed in shanksville Somerset County where people on board for the back against their highjackers. In other news this noon federal authorities shot and killed a man during a raid on the home in delaware county. Lets get your eyes on and looking back here you can see federal agents most of them now wearing hazmat suits have been combing the scene for hours going in and out of the several homes along the row here in chester. Also assisting Chester Police who have a hole on the scene but im told it is an fbi swat team acting on a federal warrant who went in this morning. We spoke to neighbors who heard the shots as they were going in. Awoke end by gunfire. I woke up to gunshots, and, i looked out window and saw cops outside. Reporter fbi sources confirmed to Eyewitness News, an Early Morning child porn raid at this raid, at sixth street in chester. One male shot and killed three others taken in custody. The Jessica Young was about to get her kid, ready for school. I have kids and we live a block away. To wake up like that it was scary. Reporter neighbors say the home was relatively quiet, in problems before this morning, shocked, to wake up to this. It is shocking in the city when i came out the door. Taken my kid to school. As to the circumstances, that led to the shooting itself. Whether or not there was an exchange of gunfire, that remains under investigation and those fbi sources not yet speaking about what they know so far. It crashed 7 miles off Atlantic City around 2 45 yesterday afternoon. The faa says that the 68 yearold pilot michael more more had 40 Years Experience in the cockpit. His moon i m20 plane was flying from gaylord michigan from Atlantic City international. Coastguard ships, choppers and dive teams found debris but so far there is no sign of the pilot. Fifteen days and counting, we are now just two weeks away from the historic arrival of the pope francis in philadelphia. And officials in Montgomery County they are laying out their plans for the papal visit. Four septa stations are designated pick up locations. Officials expect lots of congestion in those areas so ab wear. County has requested 600 National Guard troops to assist with transit and crowd control and security too. County will also activate the the Emergency Operations center on friday, september 25th and increase staffing at its 911 center.
