The first shows a state trooper trying to stop a driver who was going the wrong way on the freeway. Last week the state of missouri agreed to pay ellingsons family nine Million Dollars. The trooper will stand trial in july on an Involuntary Manslaughter charge. A plea deal for a man accused of attempting to abduct and sexually assault a girl. Robert robbins, of dubuque, pleading guilty to enticing a minor under the age of 13. According to Court Documents from our coverage partners at robbins grabbed the girl as she was walking home from school in march of last year. He apparently pulled her to a shed, but she was able to get away. Robbins is expected to be given a suspended tenyear prison sentence. Life in prison the sentence for a man found guilty of killing his own daughter. Robert stern convicted of first degree murder in september. He shot his daughter 15 times at their home last year. Stern had asked for a new trial, but was denied. A former doctor for usa arrested and charged with sexual assault. Court records show the allegations go back almost 20 years.
