Trying to talk about what each ander person can lifestyle, diet, medication. What are some things you can do . Exercise. Thats really important. The blood that goes from your body goes up to your brain. Theyre connected, right . Something you said i didnt know about. Not just exercise. You have to do interval training. Bursts of it. Exactly. Right. Were developing a whole curriculum, whats the right kind of exercise, diet, the right supplements, better to eat whole foods. Science says meditation affects the brain. Music affects the brain. Coloring affects the brain. All of these things were learning through science. Youre teaching a lot of people a lot through something that i participated in with you called move for minds. Something youre doing around the country thats growing. Its growing. There is is a component that is genetic, but were finding out more and more is that its lifestyle and that your genes are not your destiny. Thats really important for everybody out there to remember. Your genes are not your destiny. There are things you can do starting today in terms of exercise, diet, sleep, meditation, and help us. And for people do you go . Womens alzheimers movement we run telling thek move for minds event, what women are doing aover the globe. Get involved. Make sure if theyre in this space they can raise money in this space and if they have a mom or a dad in their 50s or 60s, talk to them about their brain health. Notice, how is their brain health .
