With unknown conditions. A robbery led to a standoff in a West Las Vegas neighborhood. That last for several hours. Five suspects are now in custody. It all started this afternoon when police were called for a robbery. Near tenaya way and washington. And the investigation then led to a home. On tonopah near vegas drive. Police say it then became a barricade situation. Which led to surrounding homes being evacuated. And neighboring schools were put on lockdown. Including hoggard elementary school. Where students were kept confined to a classroom for a few hours. And parents were it was a little bit nerveracking because weve never experienced this before, but i was pretty confident that the school knows what its doing. And my daughter called me and said that she was fine and they were playing in their classroom. So i wasnt too worried about it. Another injured after an Early Morning argument at a bus stop. Now police are asking for the publics help finding the people responsible. We only have two witnesses it is a fairly busy area so if there was anyone who did witness it or did hear it wed like to talk to them, were going to be checking the businesses around to see if we have any video in the area police say it appears to have related. Eastern and police say the men argument with someone began shooting hitting standing at the bus stop. Police say man and a woman drove themselves to the hospital after being shot late last night.
