Police say it happened at about 10 30 last night as the victim was in line for a taxi right outside the station. A Concord Police spokesperson said the suspect drove up in a dark colored sedan. The victim had verbal exchange with someone in that vehicle before the shooter opened fire. A police stand off in Placer County is over after Sheriff Deputies shot and killed a heavily armed man. You can hear the rapid sound of gunshots. It all started around 11 00 this morning when the suspect began shooting at homes in his auburn neighborhood. Investigators say he sprayed his girlfriend with bear mace before Holding Police at bay for six hours. Neighbors say the suspect threatened his girlfriend on thanksgiving.
