Reporter this man who lives in the unit that burned became extremely upset about nothing being allowed back inside his home to save his pet cat named chipmunk. But the battalion chief went into the home and found the cat under a sofa. They brought him out and gave him asthma medication. Im told hes fire. Reporter fire crews were able to put out the fire in about 30 minutes but are still looking into what caused this fire. Someone inside the home may have been using a propane torch to kill termites. They say there may have been propane tanks inside the home but its too early to tell. Amber lee, ktvu news. Now to the latest on that wildfire thats burning in napa.
