Merchants in San Franciscos chinatown are remembering one of their own, who was killed in a house fire. Some people have raised questions about how long it took firefighters to get inside that home. Firefighters tell us they had to use a power saw to get inside the home, and that took about five minutes. But fire Officials Say there was another factor that caused an even longer delay.
