Its believed that someone from the other party stole a cell phone from one of those people. According to Saint Paul Police one individual involved in the fight was a juvenile. Three people were arrested including the juvenile. The Police Department posted a thank you to the community members. They received tips about the video. Which lead to the arrest. Where all the kids get together and have a good time. You can see that one little boy way out in front in the red shirt. He smokes the rest of the kids. All of his class mates decided on their own to just get together, hold each other, come in a joint second.
