That object hits the cyclist in the head. He was outraged by that kind of behavior. He followed the car down the mountain. When he caught up with the car, this he stopped. Three men jumped out of the car and immediately began beating this man up. Who is taking the video a bystander . Yes. He happens to be a witness. When he fought back he grabbed the shirt of the woman. That shirt came off, a shoe came off. They drive away. Sheriffs deputies have not found these guys. The Sheriffs Department released this video hoping someone might recognize the car or recognize the voices or the people that they see in the video.
