Takes a while to get to flat ground. And eventually, as you imagine, cpr begins. Emergency workers, firemen showed up at the scene but he was unconscious for like 40 minutes, they say. At the very end of the video, you see them loading the man into the back of an ambulance and theyre still going, still doing the cpr on this guy. Apparently his heartbeat and breathing did gradually resume later at the hospital. But, apparently hes not completely in the clear yet. Undoubtedly they saved this mans life.
