Robert handa live now in san jose with what police are doing now and why some are wondering just how long this relative peace will last. Reporter were here on virginia avenue where the citys 26th homicide this summer helped launch that police crack down and led to numerous arrests in this neighborhood. We came here to find out if the police gang suppression efforts make a difference to people who live with the gang problems year round. The East San Jose area around virginia avenue is considered a gang hot spot and police made it a priority during the gang crack down.
