Now the San Francisco Fire Department responded to the scene, at first, it was a call for a broken valve. When the crews went upstairs, they found a broken sprinkler system. At the street level, there is a restaurant. As i was walking to work, there was water coming from the top floor. It was a lot of water. It was like pouring. It was going on for about oh, 15 minutes. Reporter and after that 15 minutes, um, the water was turned off and folks just had to walk through the wet sidewalk there. A spokesman for the Sf Public Utility Commission said it did not appear to be connect today a city owned water line. Families are no less devastated because the offender or offenders were juveniles. Reporter that is why they have yesuated the lawcreate the the law easier to charge in adult court. Under current law n a group of young man hold down a woman and rape her, they can be charged in adult court. But if they inside get her drunk and then rape her, they have to be tried in juvenile court. Reporter the law would also make cyber bubbling a crime. Police athat the pictures were shared via texts. Witnesses tell investigators that he was driving too fast, going in and out of traffic before he lost control and went down and hit a tree on 24 and was killed on impact. The district says that anthony was a student from Elementary School and he went to Stone Valley Middle School and then came here to high school until a sophomore. And there was no reason as to why he transferred. He left the district, his death has left a mark with those who knew him. This is the second tragedy this year no strike the high school. In the start of the year a17 yearold boy was killed when a car he was a passenger in went off the drive back in august. And while our crew was at that apartment fire, another one broke out down the street at a different Apartment Building and they got to it and got the great pictures. Investigators are trying to see if the fires are connected. This started around 4 00 a. M. In the carport of the building which is also on seventh street. Nine vehicles were damaged or destroyed. No one was hurt. Traffic is back to normal on the bay bridge after a crash and a burning suv triggers a traffic back up for drivers leaving San Francisco. Here is video of the crews at the scene. The suv was involved in a three vehicle chris before it caught fire just after 7 30 a. M. Three lanes on the lower deck oaf the bridge were blocked for at least and hour, backing up eastbound traffic into San Francisco. You can see all of the traffic there. One person involved in the crash had minor injuries. 150 member ossmembers of the 1113th National Guard based in san jose are back in the bay area today.
