They said the archbishop created a atmosphere of division and persecution by asking teachers and staff to sign a morality clause that condemns sex outside marriage ask lgbt and lgbt relationships. Reporter they say the ad came after months of efforts to communicate with the archbishop and with the vatican ambassador. I think the pope is aware of what is going on. Half the heard inside a fenced off area died while a population of free roaming elk increased by a third. They blame the fencing and the drought for reducing the heard from 540 to 286. They died of thirst during the drought because there are no natural Water Resources where they are pinned in. Reporter part of the problem is when the preserve was created a deal was made and that deal involved a fence to keep the elk away from the cattle. Legislation called for the continuation of both beef ranching and dairy operations within the park. There are 28 cattle grazing leases. Some are in the hands of ranchers who sold their property to the park service but still allow them to graze their cattle at below market rates. They are expected to accommodate wildlife. Reporter in the 1990s they placed some elk outside of the fence. Everything was working out till the free roaming elk started going on to the ranches to grades. Some are calling for all elks to be moved, stairize or shot dead sterilized or shot dead.
