Fabien cousteau, duane morgan and antolin garciatorres are investigators say all three are from santa rosa and should be considered armed and dangerous. A 4th suspect is already in custody. A woman is underarrest after barricading herself and her under arrest after barricading herself and her children inside her home. Authorities say the woman refused to open the door. Some of the claims were inflated in suspicious ways and none of the claims should have been paid. Reporter she alleges two former coworkers might have received kick backs. They said these are baseless allegations from a disgruntled former employee. We are confident they will be vindicated when the case is agicated. They sparred over who bears responsibility for sidewalk trees and the damage they cause. The owner of one company under crouteny said he scrutiny said he performed work at a lower price. Officials announced dna evidence linked a 46yearold taxi driver behind bars to the rape of a 19yearold woman 10 years ago. He was arrested on suspicion of attempting to rape a woman in a remote area in april. Investigators say he was driving a taxi cab when he picked up the victim. Dna samples ended up matching evidence from a 2004 rape. They are now looking into whether he is linked to other unsolved cases. Problem with equipment takes down a 911 call center. Officials sent us these photos of dispatchers this morning but declined our request forsicacy to the center for access to the center. Investigators say the 39year old touched two young teenage girls intropately. And recorded girls change inappropriately and recorded girls changing and had child pornography.
