You want to lead people where they want to go but you want them to go on their own. You dont want to force people to go and sometimes you do. Sometimes you do but i think when you dont have the trust, people want to know you got their best interest at heart and i think thats when i was coming up in the organization or just coming up period, you tend to follow people when you think they have your best interest at heart.
