And 59 with mostly clear skies at Half Moon Bay. For the afternoon today, it is going up. Warmer spots for concord and 92 in napa. And 91 in san rafael. And a lot of 80s. For oakland, redwood city and if you go into San Francisco for the blue angels. Mostly sunny skies. It is going to be a beautiful day. We have changes coming. It happened on 83rd avenue near international boulevard in oakland. They are not saying much about the case. Two others were taken to the hospital. Police blocked off the area overnight during the investigation. The person who died was pronounced dead at the scene. There is no word yet about anything else. The rough surf led to tense moments at ocean beach when a swimmer had to be rescued. They say the swimmer was pulled out of the water in a nearby boat. The person rescued is now safe. Swimmer offshore near kirby cove. They got stuff around the gate. There are signs on the beach alerting people to stay out of the water. For some folks. Looking at the waves is warning enough. You can see out further. They look big coming up. Like that. Yes. Lifeguard said the conditions could be even rougher today compared to yesterday. Reporter the blue angels soared over San Francisco yesterday. Tens of thousands of people watched. It took drivers anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour. Hour and a half to get through the macarthur maze and across the bridge knowing San Francisco. That is not counting the traffic you would hit once you are in the city. They heeded the call and took bart and muni into the city. It was still a crowded ride. We were amazed how pack it was how packed it was going into the city. Driving in. This is ronald beau marshal. He was at home north of weed. He has been a person of interest since the start of the investigation. It started on september 15th. South of mount shafta. It forced people to evacuate. And it destroyed. 150 homes and eight businesses. In plaster county. East of sacramento, it burned 149 acres. Right now. It is 67 contained. It test troyed six homes. Gusty conditions in the hills and i will show you some of the gusts in just a moment. But the red flag barning started late last night and will start through today and early tomorrow morning. Relative humidity is dropping undown 10 . The wind gusts, 40 miles an hour. A possibility. Right now. Tracking anywhere from 20 to 30 Higher Elevations and not feeling it. She was caught in the crossfire and they believe the second victim. A 34yearold man was the intended target. 26 year old man at the restaurant was also shot.
