Reporter we dont know if there is any surveillance video. That hasnt been mentioned yet. But this is a very busy intersection that is quite loud. Especially as this happened during the evening rush. Police do have witnesses. We know the car actually crashed. There was a car that crashed into this fence. And there is also some candles out here for the victim who was shot. There is a fire house right behind us and then there is a jack in the box across the street. This all happened right during the evening rushmore hour. The violence broke out just after 5 30 when several 911 calls came in. Reports of shots fired and a car crash. And then they found a 22year old man that had been shot and killed. A 48yearold man had been dropped out of at a hospital with a gunshot wound. Witnesses say the shooting was tied to the traffic collision involving an suv and blue sedan. I was actually originally at the Cell Phone Repair shop about a half a block down. And when it happened we heard the Police Sirens and obviously came out and saw the roads were blocked off. We knew something had happened. But we didnt know what until i pulled in. The 48yearold victim is expected to survive. Police are looking for suspects and a motive in the shooting. Of course a lot of people like to put in their ear buds and listen to music when they go out jogging. But police say that is make you a target. Here in livermore detectives are trying to figure out if the same man has been sneaking up on women and groping them as they walk or run along this popular trail. The most recent assault was here along the bike path through Robinson Park near aroral road. There have been nine similar cases since 2007. The latest assault happened last friday at 6 00 at night. A woman was listening to music as she walked alone and that is when a man came up from behind, wrapped his arms around here and groped her. The victim in that case was able to break free and get away. Police say they only have a vague description of the man behind the assault. They are trying to figure out if he is connected to the other groping cases that have happened in years past. Surveillance video of the latest Deadly Police shows Salinas Police confronting a man holding garden sheers. He appears to be walking away from officers when they open fire. People angry about the shootings are planning another protest this weekend and Salinas Police are promising a full investigation that will be revealed by both the fbi and u. S. Justice department. Oakland police are asking for the publics help to a still image from a surveillance camera shows a silver car speeding away from the scene on webster street wednesday night. This is just before 9 30.
