The victim was wearing a wet suit and training for an ironman competition when she fell something hit her. Life guards saw her struggling and brought her to land. The victim suffered fractured ribs and injuries to a lung and damage to the muscles and since of her upper arms and stomach. She had extensive lacerations to her right arm and multiple lacerations extending in what appeared to be a semisimilar pattern from her upper torso with multiple rib fractures extending to her pelvis. Doctors say the woman underwent surgery for several hours and right now they say she is doing remarkably well but say it is still too early to know whether she will regain full use of her arm. Beaches were closed following the attack. Cincinnati police are investigating the actions of the parents of that little boy that fell into the gorillas actions.
