Well a man accused of stabbing french trained hero Spencer Stone made his First Court Appearance today in sacramento. 28yearold james tran was arraigned on charges of attempted murder. He did not enter a plea. Tran is being held on 2 million. The stabbing happened outside a bar last month. Spencer stone was stabbed four times, suffering a punctured heart, liver, lung, now recovering. James tran has been arrested before pleading no contest to a drug charge back in 2008. Late this afternoon the berkeley naacp spoke out about the racist message that was found on the computer at Berkeley High school. The message discovered on wednesday at the Library Computer triggered a massive protest and the show of solidarity by thousands of students yesterday. And the high school says that they have identified that student who would put their racist messages on the computer. And the school would plan to hold that to educate people. The san juan restaurant number three is back in the kitchen, sit down for two weeks after nearly 200 people in six counties, reported getting sick with that disease shigella.
