Spencer stone was stabbed four times, suffering a punctured heart, liver, lung, now recovering. James tran has been arrested before pleading no contest to a drug charge back in 2008. Late this afternoon the berkeley naacp spoke out about the racist message that was found on the computer at Berkeley High school.
