As many as 40 people watched on facebook and yet no one called police. Sheriff deputies say timothy lee marvel drove a girl out to the countryside. The suspect allegedly made sexual advances toward her which she rejected. Marvel then tied her to a tree and sexually assaulted her before driving her around more. At one point he allegedly convinced her to use methamphetamine. Authorities say he use add syringe to inject her with the drug. He also use add knife to scratch his name into her body and Sexual Assaulted her twice more. Early saturday morning, marvel was driving with the victim to bodega by along highway 1. She jumped out of his moving truck near south harbor way and hid in some bushes.
