Its been really warm. Thats what spawned that Severe Weather down there. I feel bad about this, but like you were saying, i know their ski resorts are hurting, but ours arent. Ours are killing. Looks like ours the past couple of years. Its our turn, i guess. Theyve had plenty of snow the last few years. More rain they can sand and heres our opportunity and here its going on. Were doing well. Outside to san jose, clouds are increasing. That will set us up with rain. You have to go right back to the eastern sy see bored where travel plans are hampered by the severe thunderstorms and again this is the off seen. They dont see this type of weather. So tornadoes touching down and theyre not done. These are current watch and warning boxes. They indicate that they could see tornadoes into the evening hours which is even scare yes, sir because you can pick them up on radar but theyre hard to pick up visually. Folks are going to be watching the tv and watching their alerts tonight because i dont know about you, but i would hate to be in a house with dark and knowing theres a storm out there but maybe not being able to get a visual eye on it. For us we have a storm out here. We can check out with the satellite loop. This system is a cold one. It will drop snow levels. It will drop temperatures and set us up with a went storm warning in the mountains by late tonight, early tomorrow morning. It will set us up with showers here in the bay area proper for your morning community. Here we are. Theres 6 00 a. M. You can see the showers right over San Francisco. Now, this is the front, if you will, the leading band. As it moves through, more instability comes in behind it this is the type of storm because its so cold will produce snow. Then you see more showers, instability showers, maybe a thunder shower. There we are into thursday afternoon. The Afternoon Community not so bad. But you get the idea. Just unsettled weather right through your friday and then friday it clears out. The rainfall accumulations relatively light. Its a cold air storm and cool air doesnt hold a lot of water. Instead of an inch or two, were going to see 1 4 inch or 1 2 inch. San jose, showers, rain. Morning commute messy. Afternoon, more showers, but the sun comes out. Thats confusing. Right . Keep the umbrellas handy. Then in the evening hours, sun comes out. Skies clear. It gets cold and then a few more showers show up. Partly cloudy by the evening on thursday. Forecast highs tomorrow as would you guess, mostly in the 50s. Much cooler as we head into your friday morning. So thursday morning youre wet. Snow in the mountains. This will be a really productive storm for the mountains because it will stick up there. Here its going to to be widely scattered. It will snow through the day tomorrow. If youre visiting the mountains, skiers and snowboarders recovering it. A couple feet . Maybe a foot and a half. This is a low water content. It will be fluffy. Skiers will look it like this for the powder. Its going to be a great powder storm for skiers. Driving too and fun isnt going to be fun. Youre right. For years, shes volunteered taking pictures, holding newborns. Theres nothing more pure than holding a baby. He died. The hospital revived him, and then they brought him by helicopter here to Childrens Hospital in oakland. Reporter for years, she has worked as a volunteer at ucsf Childrens Hospital sometimes taking pictures and sometimes just holding the babies. Theres nothing more pure than holding a baby. Reporter joses mother says he loves being held. Well cuddle on friday. Reporter at four months old, he has traveled a long road. He has problems breathing and in need of oxygen, but hes doing better. I think debbie has been a special person, just like seeing her and the smile, you just have to see debbie smile. Reporter a smile through highs and lows, but its more than that. Debbie also gives them pictures, family pictures, moments, emotions, forever captured by her lens. I way she expresses her feelings towards the babies is unconditional and im very thankful for that and measle, very blessed to have her in my life. Reporter she gives her time not just here but at katies clinic which serves girls with a neurological disorder. She has been volunteering in our clinic for longer than ive been working there. Reporter she takes pictures there, bringing calm to a difficult and stressful blame and for our girls, they have a lot of motor difficulties. Its difficult for them to respond to a command on cue. That makes it hard to get a good picture. It is not always an easy job, but she does it all knowing how important pictures are. Even in the heartbreaking moments. Her close friend lost a baby years ago. On his last day, they took a polaroid and that was their only family picture. Its faded now. Im happy to do that for other families. Its a small gift i can give them. Its a gift i cant give my friend. Its very emotional. Reporter she characterize. Sometimes tears of sadness but also tears of joy. Its humbling and joyous. Its been two years since she was declared dead following computations complications after getting throat surgery at Children Hospital in oakland. We learn why her family is now taking their fight to federal court. Reporter her family says the teenagers heart is beating. Her mother speaking from emergency emergency via skype says she has no doubt her daughter is alive the family and their attorney released this photo saying despite doctors predictions, her body is not deteriorating. Shes on a ventilator and she responds to specific commands on cue. They say she remains in new jersey receiving minimal at home care. There is no place that has been open to her where they can bring the evidence that we have amassed showing she is not dead. All doors have been closed. Reporter this attorney hopes a lawsuit filed in federal court will get a judge to deem her alive and have her rights restored. Her mother was forced to get the death certificate two years ago to remove her from Childrens Hospital oakland. There is no cause of death on her death certificate.
