Vetoed because the governor did not believe in the bill or because of pressure from people like the sales force and others that threatened to pull business from the state . It is a bad bill and i think he believed it was not important and critical to realize you dont have to discriminate to defend other people and recognizing that lesbian gay and bysexual and transgender people deserve protections and the right to live with quality and dignity as equal to every other citizen. The 10u c campuses had 252,000 students last year and the audit says the number of nonresidents accepted has jump by 18,000 in the past five years. An increase of 82 .
