In the case of the law dean inappropriate touching and hugging made by i believe its his executive secretary. What do we know about what happened in the case of his assistant basketball coach . Well, the alleged victim has not been publicly identified but you saw the tweet from the coach alluding to a reporter. In this case the alleged Sexual Harassment occurred august of 2015. There was an internal investigation in august and the results were made public to the university at least today. I did ask for a copy of the investigative report. The victim wants to read it so the university has not released the report to us yet. Henry, you were at that News Conference earlier. Can you tell us about the mood. I mean, here is u c berkeley plagued bit Sexual Harassment allegations. We know that Chandler Napolitano has called for new Sexual Harassment policies but what was it like to be at the News Conference and hear of another administrator, a coach being accused of Sexual Harassment. I spent time on one end of the campus to the other. Last week it was on the law side and now im on the south side. You had loud music played over the speakers as the practice was under way. The coach wouldnt talk about this incident but, again, they are saying that his focus, the teams focus is on playing their best friday against hawaii. But again it comes at a difficult time. You have people trying to make cal number one as far as the sports world and having administrative issues and Sexual Harassment. 17 active cases including students and faculty and staff and the Spokesman Says these other cases in a Campus Community of 40,000 people. Reporter what we found out is that at this pace it looks like with some exceptions that we are going to have an average or above average year and there is more rain to come. Above Northern California reservoir silicon reservoir has been the stereotype of a reservoir in much need of water. Today lexington is in recovery after four years of hard drought. Despite minimal rains as compared to the north bay, lexington is now well over half full. Lexington is one of our larger reservoirs and visible. One of the lower reservoirs and in terms of storage. But get this and look at this, this important milestone of today has also occurred. The ten reservoir system in the south bay has hit its the 20 year average normal. In fact four of those reservoirs are spilling over either into lower reservoirs are to creeks but the fact is that the water is collecting and if we get more rain it can only help. Many of the water systems, east bay mud silicon valley, santa clara. All of them have to import water. For example, down at santa clara they import 40 of the water. Until they get the allocations from state and federal reservoirs, they dont know what their supply is. In the shortterm they are okay but to bust the drought they need to know what the allocations are and we need a couple of years of rain to make sure we can refill all of those underground aquifers that we drained over the last four years. We are not in great shape and the drought is not over but the state will consider whether or not that some of the restrictions should be lifted. Tom vacar reporting for us. It looks good now. The police chief of Prince Georges County was killed during a gun battle that had a death wish.
