And the documents suggest shady business dealings and a fraudulent divorce. Although prosecutors arent talking about why he was targeted. Reporter facing a murder charge he appeared in court this afternoon in san jose. He did not enter a plea and his attorney declined to comment. He is one of four people accused of killing the business man during a Home Invasion in november. They also face murder charges and he is charged as an accessory. He was killed with a metal object. Prosecutors say the murder took place during the commission of a robbery. Making three eligible for the death penalty. The victims said the robbers kept asking for 50 pounds of marijuana they can they believed were in the apartment. They were looking for something big. 15 minutes later they took off with cell phones, electronics, wallets and cash. Fight between a father and son left them in the hospital.
