She appears to teach him alesson, but at that moment, emotions are running high. Fortunately, the bystanders saw this, moved in, and watched this man her away from the woman. Had the child actually fallen, for sure it would have been a fatality. Authorities were able to take her away and placed her and her three children in a battered womans home.
