Its only a onelane ramp and its replacing a two lane ramp. I15 southbound will be closed for merging 95 north. The solution there to make an boulevard. That pours freeway volumes of traffic on to westbound lake mead then Martin Luther king. That is going to be swamped as well. Then, of course, sergio also mentioned the closure of the entrances to Martin Luther king boulevard from the freeways. Well have additional maps coming out over those as time goes on. Believe it or not, a loophole in the law allowed those offenders faith jessie is live with the changes designed to boost your safety. Reporter reed, this new law will reduce the amount of unlicensed drivers on the streets because as of november 1st anyone driving a moped will have to register their vehicle. To drive a scooter you have to have a license. Reporter this requirement closes a loophole that allowed in 2017 they must not only present a valid license but prove ownership of their vehicles and pay a onetime fee of 60 to register. The new law is also an attempt to better track stolen vehicles. Moped theft is a huge problem. Its been increasing in nevada. National Insurance Bureau of crime report lists us at number seven in the country. Reporter store owners will need to have a special dmv license to sell mopeds. He thinks the change will protect customers from nontrustworthy dealers.
