So the argument goes people who signed it didnt understand what they were signing. Supporters counter they did know what they were signing, legalizing Recreational Marijuana for adults with regulations like colorado and washington and alaska. Proposition backers if the initiative is approved, marijuana would be regulated like alcohol. If it were approved, anyone 21 or old core buy up to an ounce of marijuana or grow up to six plants for personal use and the drug would have a 15 tax. Proposition 205 would establish licensed shops around arizona for the sale of marijuana and those sales would be taxed similar to the way the law works in those other states.
