The drugging did not stop there. One of the party goers brought it home and a juvenile consumed it. She admitted to people at the get together she laced it with marijuana but did not answer questions by authorities being placed under arrest. On monday. She will appear in front of a judge at court. A discovery in the mission district. Police responded to reports of a body in a car. It was located at 17th street and treat avenue. There is no identity of that body tonight and no known suspects at this time. A dog is dead taft charged at Police Officers during a routine property check in San Francisco. When police entered the unit they found a man and dog, a pit bull was known to the police to be violent animal and had encountered him before. The unit the dog charged at officers attempting to bite the officer. He had nowhere else to go and discharged his firearm. The owner was arrested and charged with trespassing on the property. Police are investigating why the man was on the property in the first place and if the dog was released intentionally on the officers. The family of the teens who post surgery complications left her brain dead has released images. It was posted by her uncle. The video has been removed shows her reacting to ice on the bottom of her feet. The teen was declared brain dead after having her tonsils removed. The family fought to keep her on lifesupport until the family could find a facility to care for her. The location of her new facility has not been disclosed. It is my understanding that Sergeant Smith entered into the doorway and proceeded to go back into the dining room area the others would have entered. This is a fatal fire if they would have been at the doorway they would have been inside the doorway. Pgh from there, it is unclear if Sergeant Smith was solo clearing the apartment or know another partner behind him. After he went through the bedroom, he entered into the area which is like a closet area that goes into a bathroom as he entered in or just exiting, one of the members that were past the doorway made contact with him. That was michael mays firing his weapon. In side the room there was an adjoining bathroom off to as a jack and jill. As he was exiting, that is where a he encountered the officers. Its my understanding that one of the first things one of the officers saw was a handgun as it came through the wall and then it occurred. Once he was shot, he was able to communicate the that he had been shot. He fell and they rendered aid to him. Why is this former Police Officer telling me this. He believes that the he should have survived this search. I believe he would be alive if the officers had more training. Our source said there needs to be better training if they do searches in the future and avoid those seconds. We have contacted bart for an interview and the agency has refused a request.
