like these that caught fire around 1:00 p.m. at this business in fairfield. this was the scene from sky for. you can see the firefighters tapping the blaze from different angles. there was concern that it was cryptograph area but the fairfield fire marshal said there were able to contain the fire to only about 5 a. in the back of the building. three fire fighters retreated from minor injuries. the cause of the fire was accidental but the fire marshal said this fire was started by employees using some type of open flame, possibly a torch. there was no damage to the structure and resident with a 1 mi. radius were notified, andrea was on his way- to work when he noticed the fire. >> still look like it was just a backyard fire with some grills going and then it went berserk. >> now you was really pretty scared a lot. i was worried myself, i am not going to live. >> the day care provider was worried about the black smoke drifting into the neighborhood and causing breathing problems for the children. luckily when firefighters contain the blaze, the smoke started to dissipate. >> we have seen a wind shift that is being carried the flames off to a non inhabited area. we know that fairfield down to the south and to the west are burning, but the winds are coming out of the southwest blowing from the southwest to northeast blowing in that direction, you could see nothing here in that area this is the air force base right here. now is blowing away from the air force base, typically to 74 degrees right now. this would be the prime time to get the fire under control. when our equipment and phones at her home. there are reports that she sent several thousand text messages to the alleged male victim and made several hundred phone calls to him. also she gave him alcohol and drugs, the name of the victim is not being released by the police. if convicted she could face a maximum of four years in a state prison and be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of classmates. it happened back in march on a field trip, the redwood city police say that the boys ages 12 to 14 to girls to a secluded area and sexually assaulted them. their admission carries the same weight as pleading guilty in an adult court. their sentences are scheduled for next month. prosecutors say that suspected serial murderer joseph naso kept a safety deposit box to store news clippings related to the victims that he is charged with killing. the box also contain a list of 10 women, four of them he is charged with killing as well as six other names. prosecutors have not said if the remaining six on the list were located. the 77 year- old is charged with the murders of four california women. the murder span from the 1970's to the 1990's and all four victims had matching first and last name initials. police in east palo alto are making progress in the menlo park woman that was killed in an apparent gang-related shooting earlier this month. rob fladeboe reports that kathryn fisher was not the intended target. >> 19 year-old kathryn fisher was shot and killed early in the morning of july 4th --13th she and a friend were dropping off some one and the police say that the bulls were meant for someone else. >> the information that we have developed leads us to believe that kathryn fisher was not the intended target and it was another subject that was inside of the vehicle. >> the revelations concerning fischer's death comes as police on monday named three persons of interest linked to fisher's death in two other killings. >> we believe the subjects involved in this crime are gang members but we do not know what the motive was a gang on gang type of crime. at this point in the investigation we do not believe that catherine was in east palo alto for anything other is to visit with a friend and drop a friend of. we have no information saying that she was doing anything wrong to have this occur to her. >> the police will not say if this was a case of ground cover as well as a drug operation which officials say that this shooting incident in the remote location has all the markings of. after four hours of searching in this area the search was called off the park police say that this time it appears that the two suspects got away. investigators say that the ground search did not reveal any evidence of marijuana growing operation the next thing for them to do is to review video recording from above by helicopter of the area that was searched. investigators say what they find on the video will determine the next course of the telling us, potentially all three teams can get money from the league to help build stadiums. will focus on the 49ers and the raiders, but the chargers down in san diego they won a new stadium, and in las angeles they just want a team. [laughter] >> so this could provincially help them build a new stadium that would obviously attract a new team. now there is the 49ers president, he says the fears which in the agreement that will carve out money for california teams that want to build new stadiums and in this deal, there is a 1.5 salary-cap credit meeting that lead the money would be dedicated to building new stadiums for teams that needed and want them. this is all teams, the 49ers aerators want some money. and then there's the idea of the raiders and the 49ers sharing a stadium. they said we have discussed it, and there is nothing in the works. it is something that we remain open to but it has to be the right deal for both teams. the raiders responding saying we have an open mind about the possibility of sharing a stadium and are discussing that with the 49ers with whom we have a terrific working relationship. >> good to hear that they have a terrific relationship but, if they do this where will it be? >> that is the sticking point. obviously, the date is separating the raiders and the niners. the raiders owner wants it right on the site. the 49ers meanwhile, they have the wheels in motion for their own stadium plans down in santa clara. $1 billion project so we are talking big money here. that is where the team is headquartered. a lot of the fan's that i have talked with said that they do not want to share a stadium. they want their own stadium for their own team. but new york, the biggest market out there, they have an arrangement. the jets and giants are sharing a brand- new venue. so, it is working in new york, the nfl is urging the bay area teams to see what new york has done and follow suit. so they say, you learn to share in kindergarten, so expand on that a little bit.
