turning now to the very latest updates on the electra fire burning up in amador county. the fire burning at nearly 4500 acres. 80% contained right now. more than 400 structures are threatened. >> firefighters say they do hope to fully contain the electra fire in about a week. cal fire says one firefighter has been hurt and battling those flames in the east bay tonight. con fire continuing to work to contain the marsh fire that reignited yesterday in pittsburgh. >> fire officials are asking drone pilots to stay clear of the 5 mile radius surrounding 700 willow pass road as they're working to clear the fire crews have been able to stop forward progress. helicopters are currently making drops in that area to help mop up those hot spots. and in morgan hill, the arms be fire inches closer towards full containment. fire crews say. >> this one made an aggressive initial attack when it started up on friday causing an evacuation order for residents living nearby. the order dropped once the fire was at 30%. containment crews say they will continue to work on this one until it is fully contained. new at 6 cal fire in chpr on the scene of a vegetation fire along highway 6.80, at alum rock avenue. broke out just over an hour ago. police have shutdown alum rock in both directions at 6 ad. so far there have been no reports of any injuries on this fire, but we're definitely going to newsroom. >> at this point, a bay area air quality management district issuing an air quality advisory for wildfire smoke tomorrow. we're taking a live look that's not smoke. that's fog that we're because these above average temperatures certainly not going to help with those northerly winds. we're going to see daytime highs today, 5 to 20 degrees above average mid 70's for downtown san francisco. so very pleasant there. but for those of you in livermore in concord, triple digit heat was possible today, but slightly cooler than that. still very hot temperatures right now. mid 90's year-old woman and a 76 year-old man were taken to the hospital with severe injuries. the 78 year-old driver of the car stayed at the scene and cooperated with police when they arrived. mlk way was closed down during this investigation. it has since reopened. there's still no word yet on the condition of the people who were hit. >> petaluma police are investigating tonight after a man says his friend was beaten to death with a baseball bat. investigators say they found the victim early this morning off of keller street in downtown emergency. crews tried to help the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. detectives are still trying to find out more about what happened. businesses are being asked to hand over any video that may have captured the assault. this is the first are headed to california since june. the san francisco department of health has received more than 2000 doses of the vaccines. the community advocates this week shared with kron 4 news. that's simply not enough. more than 600 san franciscans have been vaccinated for monkeypox so far after they were exposed to the virus this week, california is expected to get nearly 15,000 more doses. 9800 of those will go to la county. it's unclear how many san francisco we'll get. but city health officials say they are giving them to local sites as soon as they get them. san franciscans who are high risk because they've been directly exposed to the virus are the priority so far? there are 52 confirmed positive cases in san francisco. these are some of the places where people can go to get a shot by appointment. only this includes the san francisco city clinic strike. kaiser permanente as the health network and adult immunization and travel clinic. health officials say one supplies increase. expand eligibility to more people and add more sites. supplies are limited. but the san francisco department of health says that they are working to get more vaccines to come to the city. >> at sf why he defied the subpoena. he was charged with criminal contempt with a court date set for july 18th benin's team presented trump's letter to the committee overnight. ford is issuing a recall for 100,000 cars because of an engine fire risk. the recall includes cars from the year 2020 through 2022, including the ford escape maverick and lincoln corsair vehicles. so far there have been no higher in the coming days peaking on wednesday night through early thursday morning. let's take a look at temperatures out there right now because other big weather story is the heat today. we warmed up into the upper 90's for livermore in concord, flirting with that triple digit heat. but 98 degrees. not really cooling down much. even at the 6 o'clock hour. 93 degrees for conquered livermore and antioch, santa rose as well in the mid-nineties with mid 80's for freeman in san jose and downtown san francisco. cooling down to your average daytime high at the 6 o'clock hour in the mid 60's. so easily 5 to 20 degrees above average today taking a look at coit tower, marine layer influence not impacting that area just yet. right now, hugging the coastline. but we are going to see a shallow marine layer still going to bring us some patchy coastal drizzle in and around the bay area shoreline as well. and then better clearing and some relief for inland valleys. but it's still going to be hot even tonight. we're tracking mild overnight lows in the 50's and 60's antioch, only cooling down to 67 degrees with mid-fifties around the bay area coastline and high temperatures tomorrow mid 90's continuing for conquered in livermore at 95 degrees. low 90's for santa rosa and avato and low to mid and upper 70's around the bay area shoreline with downtown san francisco. very pleasant temperatures but still warm in the low 70's with relief not arriving until tuesday. little change in the next 7 day forecast. very seasonal highs after tuesday. so we are going to notice the warm
