Security officer Marchell Mitchell is wheeling sophomore Francisco Martinez down the hall against his will. Look in the middle of your screen and you can see mitchell hit martinez several times in the head. Francisco martinez victim that is when he strikes me three times in my face and hit me so hard that i had bruises and i was slapped out of my chair because i was not sitting all the way in my chair and i hit face first and bruised this part right here. Martinez says mitchell and another Security Guard beat him up in the elevator before scene you see from the security camera. Martinez the officer just puts his whole weight behind my back and i have surgeries there, so, of course, its painful and i scream and say ok you win. Martinez, who has Cerebral Palsy, says the guards were out of control and were picking on him because of his race. The district says mitchells actions are unacceptable. Troy Flint Oakland unified School District this was a heinous incident. Its something that we condemn as a School District and this behavior towards any student, regardless of their physical condition would be deplorable and the fact that and the fact that it happened to a student who has Cerebral Palsy only compounds the damage and how awful this incident is. Is home safe tonight. After she was kidnapped and forced into prostitution. Police say, 20 year old Chester Brown took the victim to a motel 6 in stockton last week. Repeatedly had sex with her, and then threatened to kill her if she did not prostitute herself. She was able to call police on sunday. When officers arrived they say, brown drove up with three other underage girls including a 14 Year Old Girl who had been missing from san francisco. Brown was arrested on multiple charges. Including pimping and sexual assault. A new jersey man will be serving ten years in prison. For posting nude photographs of an underage bay area teenager online. Alex gonzalez was sentenced in federal court in oakland yesterday. Officials say, gonzalez met the 15 year old victim on a website back in 2012. They say, he persuaded her to send him nude photographs of herself. When the teen told him she did not want to communicate with him anymore.
