Yoli. yoli Novato Police officers responded to the Novato Unified School District bus yard, located on olive ave, regarding a theft that had just occurred. When a School District custodian arrived at the yard, he noticed two subjects syphoning gasoline from the underground storage tanks that are used to fill school buses and other School Districts vehicles. The suspects fled the scene before officers arrived, but the custodian was able to take the pictured photographs with his cell phone. The equipment that was used to syphon the gasoline suggests that the suspect vehicle was equipped with a large storage container or containers, which could be capable of Holding Hundreds of gallons of gasoline.
