While it is an honor to make the cut, both kd and green are looking forward to the arest over the allstar festivities. The veterans say this time of year is all about pacing. Once youve been there for so long, some of the stuff that you might have done early on, you tend to look towards getting more rest and relaxing and getting ready for the second half of the season. Appearance here, appearance there, one hour here, 30 minutes there, an hour and a half there. My schedule was literally full every hour of the day. I been getting 15 minute naps in the car. I made that mistake before. I cant do it again. As you can see, draymond always has something great to say. And he had some very strong opinions on the controversy between Charles Oakley and the new york knicks. Heres the video thats still intriguing after a week oakley, a longtime knick, was escorted out of Madison Square garden. And arrested after getting into a scuffle with security. The drama really escalated a couple days later when team owner james dolan banned oakley from the arena and accused him of having a drinking problem. The tension apparently stems from oakleys criticism of dolans ownership. In his weekly podcast with uninterrupted dotcom, green ripped dolan for his handling of the situation. And accused him of operating with a slave master mentality if it wasnt a problem then when he were doing it for yall, why is it all of a sudden a problem now when he speak out on something he dont like and now you wanna disown him from your entire organization. Thats a slave mentality. You doing it for me, its all good. But now you doing it against me, not necessarily against me, speaking out against my organization, thats not good anymore . Slave mentality, slave master mentality. Green also said this oakley situation will have a ripple effect. And impact the teams ability to attract free agents. According to a forbes report published today, the warriors are the nbas 3rd most valuable frnachise. At 2point6 billion dollars. Thats a 37percent jump from last season. This is even more incredible when you consider the fact that joe lacob bought the franchise 7 years ago. For 450million dollars. The only teams with a higher value than the warriors. Are the knicks and lakers. Turning to the nfl super bowl 51 is probably something new 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan wants to forget about, but a former falcons receiver is still pretty heated about how that game ended. He made the remarks on a podcast in atlana. In case you forgot, the falcons fell apart against the patriots. After leading by 25 in the 3rd quarter.
