It turns out yesterdays mud slide swamped all the storm drains so now workers are having to find them and then dig them out so they can help divert any rain. So were going to take our Remote Control tv camera to go into the pipe itself and then get to the storm drain, and then identify where that is so we can excavate it out and then where its located, we can divert water to that location. Reporter a pipe broke off yesterday morning and spilled 45,000 gallons of water taking out a good 300 by 40foot chunk of the hill burying more than a dozen cars.
