Reporter witnesses say it all started when a park ranger drove up to a man parked in an rv motor home and told the rv driver he needed to move along. The rv driver apparently got upset and rammed the park rangers vehicle. Then witnesses say he went on a rampage smashing into about half a dozen cars parked alongside. Then when police arrived, investigators say he rammed his rv into more than one police car. He assaulted parked cars and then assaulted the officer that tried to stop him. Once he hit the officer, then they are going to have to defend themselves so thats when i knew everyone get in the house, get in the house and the gun fire started. In fact, the opposite has happened. Medical costs are way up. California spent 1. 9 billion on medical care for california prisoners in fiscal year 2012 2013. Explain to me how you build a hospital to treat inmates and yet youre your overall healthcare costs go up, your treatment of inmates in hd hospital goes up and the cost of guarding those patience goes up patients goes up. We did not build a hospital. The California Health facility in stockton is not an acute care hospital. It is a facility that provides field nursing care like a nursing home.
