The california rifle and Pistol Association claims that the law prohibiting the sale of semi automatic rifles quipped with bullet buttons that can be removed quickly is unconstitutional. They have plans to file five lawsuits over various parts of californias new gun legislation. In a statement the nra stressed the new laws do nothing to stop terrorists or violent criminals and infringes on the right to keep and bear arms. Bart is increasing patrols at the coliseum station. A pedestrian was hurled to the ground and punched repeatedly by a Sacramento Police officer for allegedly jaywalking. Mandy cane has filed a lawsuit against the city and county. Sacramento. He claims he was targeted because of his race and abused and jailed. This was captured on a patrol cars dashcam video. Racism is still alive. Two weeks ago the Sacramento Police department placed the officer involved in the incident on administrative leave. A former san mateo Police Officer has been ordered to stand trial for allegedly sexually assaulting five women while on duty. 32yearold Noah Winchester is accused of assaulting the women between july 2013 and october 2013 while he worked for the san mateo Police Department and the loss Rios Community College District in sacramento. Winchester left his position in san mateo in february of last year four months after a criminal investigation was launched in the alleged assault. Now to politics.
