And the bay bridge, we had room there and now things are backed up with a lot headlights on the road from 80 to the carquinas bridge to the maze, now considered technically in the orange, 25 minutes. And heading out the door from work at the end of the day today, 5 00 is when the sharks and the penguins are playing at the suspect sap center. You might want to plan for that. And northbound 880 from 23rd avenue to 29th, construction there is causing minor delays. No big deal but things are looking great from 238 to the maze. Only about a 15minute drive time. Right now in san jose, police are looking for leads in two different homicides after 3 00 on sunday afternoon when a man was shot and killed near north 26 and julian street about a mile northeast of downtown. The second deadly shooting happened on saturday night at around 8 45. A man was shot at least once near east hills drive. A man was arrested for stealing an fbi agents gun over the weekend. He was arrested for allegedly taking an agents gun, badge, and mobile phone. Gregory faces two felony charges that could put him away for up to 30 years. Back to you, kenny. It looks like Hillary Clinton am will pick up a number of democrats but there is a question if she will be called the nominee. And sounds like semantics, melissa. Reporter it does, and Hillary Clinton won in the Virgin Islands and puerto rico over the weekend, but how close is she to the nomination is the subject of the debate. And remember. There are two kinds of delegates. Pledged delegates allocated to clinton or sanders. They will vote for who they have to vote for, counter on them, and pledged delegates are in the bank. Then the super delegates. They can vote for whoever they want but most have promised to vote for clinton. So you have an amount of delegates in the bank and an amount that is promised. Can you combine them . This is the question. Tomorrow, clinton will add to the delegate bank. As of tomorrow f you add the bank plus the promises, that number will be enough to declare her the winner of the nomination. When that happens, does she declare victory . That is the big question as we head into tomorrow and over the weekend. The Democratic Party says yes. But Bernie Sanders does not agree. Sanders argued that the super delegate people can break their promises. So we should not count them. We should only count the delegates in the bank, the pledged delegates. We can expect a lot more fighting over the next couple days when the Election Results come in. So melissa, at one point, didnt the Democratic Party say not to count the delegates . Reporter thats right. They said do not count the super delegates until july when they actually cast their votes, and now, the party is saying the opposite, a lot of suspicion about it being bias in favor of clinton. This does not help them. Probably have to clarify this in the next few days. And the whole super delegate thing is an interesting subject. In 2008, they changed their minds from clinton to barack obama. Could that happen again . Reporter yes. And its clear super delegates can change their minds before they vote. And it occurred in 2008. Some were committed to clinton and changed their vote after obama pulled ahead of clinton but the number of super delegate that del delegates that changed in 2008 was around 50 but Bernie Sanders is saying 200 could change their minds to get their nomination.
