A patient admitted to ucdavis days of yesterday does not have ebola. The patient had shown symptoms of the disease but tested negative. New the 5 00, a man suspected of stealing chevy camaros for his chop shop is behind bars. Four brandnew camaros were stolen from this dealership in pittsburg on monday. Suspect parked one of them in his backyard in oakland. When Police Showed up, there was a scuffle as he was arrested. Its a case that one judge already dismissed but now, a grand jury has indicted a marin county doctor on new charges from a road rage shooting. Reporter those charges stem from a road rage incident in corte madera last july. Police say dr. James simon and another man were both driving recklessly breaking and speeding on braking and speeding on Paradise Drive when simon drove into his garage the man followed and simon shot him twice in the abdomen. His lawyer says its self defense. Our law, our constitution, says that dr. Simon is entitled to defend his life, his self and his home from an aggressive. Reporter a marin county judge already ruled there wasnt enough evidence for simon to stand trial on attempted voluntary manslaughter. But the d. A. Isnt giving up. I think it was the wrong decision, it sends the wrong message to our community, and i chose to go by way of a grand jury. And that grand jury indicted simon on the lesser charges of assault with a Deadly Weapon and negligent gun dis charge. There was not a reasoned judgment used when that gun was fired. We are getting a look at the harrowing moments inside the cockpit just before a pilot dropped his plane into the pacific ocean. Dropped it using a parachute. Leu morton realized his plane was going to run out of gas a few hundred miles off the coast of maui. He alert the coast guard deployed the planes special parachute and started videotaping from his gopro showing the parachute above. At one point he mouthed the words, this is gonna be fun.
