A woman is behind bars accused of intentionally hitting a family with her car not once but twice at the wal mart in union city. 23yearold Jessica Malicoat from hayward is facing assault with a Deadly Weapons charges. Investigators say jessica was upset over walmarts return policy. She went to leave in her car. They say she backed into a family of five. The incident was caught on surveillance video.
