Reporter yes, i did, liz and ken. Sonoma the company Sheriffs Office confirmed through fingerprints that the body was 18yearold Kirk Kimberly from katadhi. We spoke with a family friend who was here while investigators were processing the now crime scene. Family friend i went to school with missing for two weeks, Kirk Kimberly. Reporter Anthony Dern Berger held this flyer as forensic investigators dug out the body of an adult man found in a shallow grave. He left home on a bike and did not come back. They have not seen him since. It is a very slow methodical process. We want to make sure we collect all the evidence, every little fiber and hair that could possibly lead us to a potential suspect. Among sedans the Insurance Institute gives a poor rating to the nissan at marks kia optima altima, kia optima, and Hyundai Sonata and only a handful of suvs were acceptable. The poor, jeep wrangler, kia sportage and honda hrv and of the 11 pickups tested most headlights failed including the ford f150 and chevrolet colorado. We conducted our own unscientific sperm driving around San Franciscos presidio in the dark and compared nissans 2016 altima with its maxima. In our first test we parked the cars and aimed the headlights across the street and tried to spot our producer leslie and her dog by the flagpole. We do barely see them. Still the maxima which got an acceptable rating did a better job lighting the scene at the top of the scene. Below the altimas poorly rated lights offered less visibility. So it wasnt a shock when we drove the altima down a dark street at 10 mail an hour and could not clearly see our miles an hour and could not clearly see our producer and her dog crossing the street until we were just yards from the crosswalk. With the better rated maxima we were surprised to find its lighting wasnt much better. We dont really see already until were almost up on top of the crosswalk. In fact, neither car had headlights bright enough. At close range we could only see the bottom half of her body. Headlights are critical because whether or not he 20 of driving is done at night half the when 20 of driving is done at night, half the crashes happen then. You can do some things to increase nighttime visibility. Use high beams more often. Only one in five drivers do. Improve your headlights at home.
