It was inside this casino that two men got into an argument. As away he was shot in the chest. Reno police gave us the mugshot of the suspect in the shooting. 38 yearold kiley grayson. Investigators tell us grayson stayed in the casino until they arrived. Police say grayson shot the other man. Whose name has not been released. There was some physical and verbal altercation between the two parties that led to some level of escalation. The victim kinda engaged with suspect initially, started to try to walk away when the suspect pulled out a firearm and shot him one single gunshot wound to the chest. Police did not say why the fight happened in the first place. Grayson was booked on a charge of open murder. It is good compared to last year but no where near where we want to be in our recovery from the drought. Nats snowshoes. The good news here. The snow has not been melting. Nats tube. Whats fallen here. Is still here. We just havent added to the snowpack. It is not melting, it is just that the median amount, or that normal amount keeps getting bigger, so our percentages do slide. Simply put. February was a dud. The one storm we did have. Only brought us a expect in february. We should have had like two more of those storms, and then we would have had an average month. Currently. Our snowpack is at 96 percent or normal. Which would be great news. If we werent trying to recover from a the drought. This is much more water in the snowpack than we have seen in years, so we cant complain, but obviously you want to get as much as you can and get as much of a dent in this drought as we can get. Right now. Hydrologists are hedging their bets on march. And hoping a series of storms headed our way. Make a difference. What we need looking into march is we need that stormy pattern to return, and it just not to be a one event month. We need a storm every week, or we need a bunch of storms to pack together during a 10 or 12 day period. It can be significant as far as turning things around. Crews recovered the bodies of 34yearold Lucas Johnson and 33yearold Joshua Patterson over the weekend. The men were reported missing friday evening when their canoe capsized. Neither wore a life jacket. Federal investigators are releasing new details about a deadly plane crash in kansas. The ntsb released this video with its report, about the 2014 crash at wichitas Eisenhower National airport. It shows the final seconds of the Beechcraft King airs flight, that killed the pilot, and three people inside the building it hit. Superdelegates, or unpledged delegates, choose who they want to support at the National Conventions in july, though most go along with the decisions made in their states primary. These delegates range congressmen to members of a Partys National committee. Elaine kamarck, senior fellow at the brookings institute, says it would be historic for superdelegates to vote against the people in their state. Elaine kamarck theyve been at conventions since the 1984 convention, they have never overturned the will of the people. Kamarck says on the first ballot at the convention, most delegates stick to the decisions of their states. If there is no clear winner after the first ballot, they are free to choose who they like. Kamarck says some republican superdelegates have been outspoken against donald trump, and say they will never support the gop frontrunner. Elaine kamarck the people get to decide first. But if the people are undecided, then the Party Leadership steps in. We havent seen that happen in the modern age, but it could happen, and this year, particularly on the republican side, who knows, this could happen. In some primaries, delegate distribution has been misleading. For example, Bernie Sanders won New Hampshire picking up 15 delegates to Hillary Clintons nine. The catch . Clinton is currently backed by six superdelegates in the state, while sanders is backed by one, making it a near tie.
