A gaza child who received prosthetics in the bay area has been injured again this week. Abdullah has lived most of his life surrounded by violence. He lost a limb and 18 of his family members when he was just six years old and few is having trouble waking because this prosthetic leg was hit by shrapnel. He came to the bay area in 2006 and again last year after he lost a leg when he was six. Now this prosthetic leg has been destroyed. Oh, in gaza, all the family is scared. I. He spoke with us on foe phone. Our conversation occasionally interrupted by the sound of gunshots. [ gunshots ] his house was hit by a missile. His prosthetic leg was damaged by shrapnel. He his grandfather had to carry him to shelter a quarter mile away. We skip from my house and go around for and go in the street. Shes helping translate. Abdullah is among the lucky because we know his name and we know his face, burt there are hundreds and thousands of children that are nameless and faceless. She works with the palestinian childrens relief funds which helps kids get medical treatment. We have doctors who are ready to go into gaza as soon as theyre allowed in. We have medical supplies that were ready to send to gaza. Police are calling the deaths of two people whose bodies were found in a sausolito home suspicious. Someone called 911 around 2 40 this morning after hearing gunshots. A short time later police found two bodies inside a nearby home. Investigators are not saying how the two people died.
