The train operator was pulling the train out of the concord station and as it pass the over an inner locking that make trains go from one track to another several of the wheels came off the track and now we are in the situation of a we have bus Service Serving those passengers at the closed station and b trying to get this train obviously back on the track out of the way and i am just being told that passengers should expect this to occur this work to continue not only through tonight but all through tomorrow morning and through the evening. This is going to be a very lengthy process. People should start planning ahead that they will not have bart service past the Pleasant Hill station all day tomorrow through the evening. We have buses serving the closed stations North Concord, pittsburgh bay point, concord station and Pleasant Hill. Best thing to do to go straight to Pleasant Hill to get Train Service from there tomorrow. Okay. L do you know why this train came off the tracks. We have to do an investigation into exactly what happened. Still unmostly clear rate now and we are still focusing on buses for our passengers stranded. Why does it take so long to get back to normal. Why not move the train off the track and get things rolling. We have to bring in special vehicle and crane just to get the train back on the track. Then theres damage to the track and the tird rail that will, that will take the most time is repairing the damage to the track and third rail.
