We are talking about Treat Williams and George Hamilton. Now theyre bringing that star power to the bring screen in the new movie the congressmen. Treat plays congressman Charlie Winship who begins to question his patriotism as his life unravels. George plays the conniving lobbyist who tries to undermine charlie and charm him into a deal to keep him from visiting some of his constituents. Another stretch. [ laughter ] the lobstermens benevolent association. Theres 4,000 of them along the maine coast. They here in the right. How much are they paying you . Oh, almost a charity thing. 25,000 a month. It was incredibly painful to be with george. The truth is i work like a swat team. I come in and do my job and they drop me in and by the end of the day i was gone. I actually did the scene that you saw and it goes on and then i did a scene outside and then i did another scene all the same day, but he was off with another team of actors and they just shot me with the camera and said hold this, take a pick chush so you really were just one day . I was there one day and i did it all in one day. I thought you were joking earlier. The good news is george and i had done the woody allen film hollywood ending together. I couldnt wait to get him there. Hes the funniest, most charming men. Who else has been a movie star for 60 years. Name one but george. Warren beatty. At least he thinks so.
