Reporter thats right. In fact, all eight defendants were in court today. Each had an attorney by their side. There were so many people that most of them actually ended up sitting in the jury box. There was a witness on the stand. She described that deadly afternoon saying in the end, people started shooting. The dispute started with two women fighting. Then a growing krou ining crowd. Then gunfire. Part of painting a picture at todays preliminary hearing. A mother shot while trying to protect her children from the crossfire. Prosecutors are trying to charge eight suspects.
