It is on track to break the low record around thanksgiving time. Unless the area gets a lot of rain, that will certainly happen. I remember that drought back in the late 70s. The reservoir, there was no water in it. People were dirt biking in the bottom of it. We are watching for any signs of rain. Any good news . Longterm, yes. A good chance of rain filling back up.
