They released this video of a man who may be linked to the attacks. In one case he walked past the woman first, but not always. Hes come up from behind and grabbed the victim somewhere to like a bear hug. In one case he knocked one victim down and in another he didnt. He is using force and violence to commit these assaults. Shafi was denied bail in december with a judge ruling him as a flight risk. Its a Mental Health crisis usually associated with veterans returning from war.
