You will see the temperature change, jumping up to 90 in livermore, and these locations inland about 12 degrees warmer than this time yesterday. So the seabreeze influence is weakening. Right now yes we do have the strong seabreeze felt in San Francisco, not as much low cloud cover is pushing inland tonight. On saturday morning the marine layer was almost 3,000 feet thick now. High pressure stronger, high temperatures coming in a little later than usual, were seeing the numbers really climb up here just after 5 00. A hot day in the forecast tomorrow. As the sevenday forecast shows on the bottom of the screen it will be a oneday warmup as we start to see more clouds coming in. It will block out the sunlight as we head into tuesday. The clouds, the part of the monsoon moisture, the sierra for sure, perhaps along the Coastal Range could bring a threat. During the day monday, monday night, tuesday morning. Look at the mostly cloudy skies. That is not the fog that were used to but rather midlevel and highlevel clouds coming out of the south. If you remember what happened last week, it was kind of humid outside, scattered showers, same thing could happen tuesday, wednesday, you notice the best bet for seeing showers could be wednesday, a slight chance of showers early into wednesday, well have to watch out if any of that includes a chance of lightning because with things being so dry as they are around the bay area, the lightning sparked fires. Things will still be warm and dry out there. The hot part of the week setting up, 90s, san jose, climbing up to 92 degrees. Not bad in San Francisco, 70s around the embarcadero. But oakland soaring into the 80s. 90s into the north bay and you see pleasanton and livermore, the hot spots around the bay area tomorrow. The temperatures cool into the low 90s by tuesday, mid80s middle part of the week. The seabreeze will be back, cooling us off.
