Another man was arrested for being in the company of another parolee. Mccoy, a longtime resident of East Palo Alto is accused of killing a 34yearold man. This happened on june 10th of this year. This morning he says the two were in the middle of an ongoing personal dispute when mccoy pulled out a gun and killed pc t pucket. It is important to get this person off of the street.
